A few of you spotted the spice shelf behind me in a recent post and asked where the jars come from and how I label them.
For many, many years I’ve bought my spices from Steenbergs, a lovely company in Yorkshire, and I adore their jars. When they’re empty, I soak them in boiling water, peel off the labels and reuse them. And the labels? I make them with an old-fashioned Dymo label maker!
