Apparently the same as a Dark & Stormy. Mules are usually served in copper cups, but a long glass is fine. I love ginger.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- Crushed ice
- 60ml dark or spiced rum
- About 10ml lime juice
- About 10ml sugar syrup
- Ginger ale, to top up
- Lime or mint, to garnish
Method
- Crush some ice in a tea towel (get violent with it) and tip into a glass.
- Pour over the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup.
- Top up with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with lime or mint.
