When I’m not trying a new cocktail, my go-to is a Cosmopolitan, and I keep a 750ml bottle of it ready-mixed in the fridge.
Ingredients
Makes about 750ml
- 6 parts vodka
- 3 parts triple sec
- 3 parts cranberry juice
- 1½ parts lime juice
- (I use a 60ml jug as one part)
Method
- Mix everything together in a clean bottle and keep it in the fridge.
- When you want a cocktail, pour a serving over ice in a cocktail shaker, give it a good shake and strain into a glass.
