I watch reruns of Sex and the City about twice a year, and when they mentioned a Flirtini I knew what I was having that night.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 60ml vodka
- 60ml pineapple juice
- 30ml triple sec
- 60ml prosecco, cava or champagne
- Ice
Method
- Shake the vodka, pineapple juice and triple sec with ice.
- Strain into a glass, leaving room at the top.
- Top up with the fizz.

Little bottles of fizz kept in the fridge are perfect for topping up cocktails.
