A margarita made with Licor 43, the Spanish vanilla liqueur. India mixed this one with me (both of us in our headdresses, naturally).
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 40ml tequila
- 20ml Licor 43
- 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 10ml agave syrup (or honey or sugar syrup)
- Ice
- Sugar, for the rim (optional)
Method
- Put everything in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Lid on and give it a really hard shake.
- Strain into a glass – rimmed with sugar if you like.
Jules’s tip
With this one I’d go for a sugar rim rather than salt.
