My Flirtini with a twist: a few drops of Chambord, which I had in one in Ireland, and a beautiful stable foam thanks to cocktail foaming drops.
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 120ml vodka
- 60ml triple sec
- 120ml pineapple juice
- 20ml Chambord
- 3 drops cocktail foaming drops
- Ice
- Fizz, to top up
Method
- Put the vodka, triple sec, pineapple juice, Chambord and foaming drops in a cocktail shaker with no ice.
- Dry shake (without ice) to create the foam.
- Add ice and shake again to chill.
- Strain into two glasses and top up with fizz.
Jules’s tip
The secret to the foam is that first shake without ice. A bottle of foaming drops does around 500 cocktails.
