My take on a pornstar martini, with passion fruit and elderflower. I didn’t have passion fruit purée, which is why I invented it – and without that extra sweetness, it’s really summery.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 50ml vodka
- 15ml Passoa (passion fruit liqueur)
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp sugar syrup (or a couple of squeezes of agave)
- Ice
Method
- Put everything in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Lid on and give it a good shake.
- Strain into a glass.
Jules’s tip
Squeeze a load of limes and keep the juice in a bottle – shop-bought lime juice is full of additives.
