Like an alcoholic milkshake. The recipe came from a tequila advert, and it’s a wonderful replacement for dessert – very rich, so you’ll only want one.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 50ml tequila
- 10ml amaretto
- 30ml crème de cacao (white if you have it)
- 30ml single cream
- Plenty of ice
- Freshly grated nutmeg and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- Put plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker and add the tequila, amaretto, crème de cacao and cream.
- Lid on and give it a really good shake.
- Strain into a glass and finish with a little grating of nutmeg and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
