Disaronno Spritz

Disaronno noticed how often I use their amaretto and sent me a beautiful gift box. I’d never thought of making a spritz with it – I will now.

Ingredients

Serves 1

• 50ml Disaronno
• 150ml fizz (cava, prosecco, champagne or crémant) – or a double lemon mixer
• Plenty of ice
• A slice of dried orange

Method

1. Fill a glass with plenty of ice – the more ice, the slower it melts.
2. Pour in the Disaronno, then top up with three parts fizz to one part Disaronno.
3. Give it a gentle stir and drop in a slice of dried orange.

Jules’s tip

I keep little mini bottles of cava in the fridge for exactly this sort of occasion.
