A Halloween cocktail of blackberry and apple, made with India. Not too sweet, with a lovely bitterness from the cassis – and a great way to use up that bottle languishing in the cocktail cabinet since Christmas.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 60ml vodka
- 20ml crème de cassis
- 70ml cloudy apple juice
- Ice
- Edible glitter (optional)
Method
- Shake the vodka, cassis and apple juice with ice.
- Pour into a martini glass.
- Sprinkle with edible glitter if you want to feel like a witch.
