I’ve been delving into my cookbooks, cooking whatever I fancy from one book at a time. This week it’s Rick Stein’s Simple Suppers.
Last night was pak choi with aubergine (I used Chinese leaf and it worked just as well). Tonight it’s baked portobello mushrooms with dolcelatte and walnuts, on rocket and baby spinach with crusty bread. Very indulgent, and I can’t wait. If you have the book, I’ve got loads more recipes earmarked!
