And then, walking back to my hotel alone, the news: a rail strike, and all the trains cancelled. I might be coming home tomorrow, or flying to Dallas – but I won’t be on a train. The disaster that is my trip continues… (Spoiler: keep watching the series, because things do get back on track!)
